1993 Picture taken in the Netherlands - Whose car?

My High School age daughter was visiting in the Netherlands in 1993.

I'm not sure what city she was in at the time, but she was surprised to see a Model A Tudor sedan and so had her picture taken next to it.

I've often wondered who owned that car? It looked like it had been well cared for. Does anyone from the Netherlands recognize the car or what city it might have been in?
It was obviously a rainy day.

What I can see with the registration number ;
-first registration in Holland : december 1956
-last registration on name : 2003, and currently insured

1956 was the conversion to this license plate,before there were license plates which were personal plates and issued by the county you live in.
This A is an original dutch car so it had a as we call it"provinciaal license plate"
I have checked the site of the dutch model A club but there are no photo's of this car with the name of the owner.
