Default window regulator

I have had my 1931 model a for two weeks now. I am evaluating what works and what doesn't. My window regulators are pretty sticky. This is out of my pass side rear window. Are these rebuildable? Does the wheel at the end of the rod spin freely or is it fixed solid to the rod?

Lubing them well helps. Spray PAM in the channels, it's like "MAGIC"! (Or Pledge Dusting Spray)

Yep, lubrication is the key. The round knob at the end of the arm is locked in place and will not spin, even though it looks like it should. Grease the tracks well also.
