Default Original vs homemade wood 30 AA

Rear header is complete and reproduced the missing wood over curved roof panel. Had one original for pattern. Not too bad!! Buying the front header.

Nice work Scott. I don't know much about wood, what is used for body wood, maple, ash, or??

I used poplar. It's what I had left over from the bed construction.

Nice work.
Your original looks like Maple, as is all the wood in my Model A's that I've looked at so far.

I thought so too. The rear header was in too poor condition to tell about it's wood type.
