Default Need Help with Rough running 39 Pickup

Have 1939 Ford Pickup with 85HP, vehicle has Stromberg 97 on it. Was running great, Fuel pump was replaced and ran great for a while. 2nd Fuel pump was put on it and same problem and that is that you have to have the choke pulled almost all the way out to get it to run. The gas tank was cleaned and sealed about a year ago. Gas line was blown from engine compartment back into tank and no obstructions noted. Has new fuel flex line at fuel pump. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thought I would ask before I pull Carb off and go through it.

Running better with the choke engaged would indicate a possible vacuum leak. Check your vacuum line connections at the wiper motor and dizzy.
