Default 31 Cabriolet

I have recently come into possession of an original 31 Cabriolet and want to find out how to place a value on it? The vehicle is completely original but needs to be restored. I have received several offers from people wishing to purchase it but would like to know the actual value of it. Any suggestions?

photos and or a much better description and the folks on here can give you a good range.
I have a 1930 that needs all new wood, fenders are straight, and needs cowl and door patch panels, which I have. Motor runs well, but can not drive.
I have had it for sale for awhile at 8500. and no takers.
Your car is a bit more desirable, so can add about a 10% premium over the 29-30.

Need the following:

Body number, engine number- to establish if likely an original chassis.

Condition of the wood in the body.
Extents of rust on body.
Has it been restored.
Are all the unique (read $$$$) almost impossible to find parts on the car and usable?
Does it have a good title?
Where is the car located?

Right now the value runs from $1000 to $10,000.
