MODEL A DIAMOND BLOCK, Serial # A4869984, casting code is K186 which as I understand it is 11/18/1936. I am not a Model A guy (Model T) pictures are of areas prone to crack in Model T blocks so I would assume the Model A would be similar. From what I read the later production blocks came with Model B camshafts and tappets with hardened steel exhaust valve seats. Pictures tell the story. Asking $100 or best offer. Will not ship. I'm getting to old to haul around blocks anymore!
Model A engines were built as late as 1944 in the US, later in Europe.
