Default Protectolite accessory light

I have not worked much with the Model Ts, I own a couple of As but, while up at my father's this weekend I ran across some paperwork about an accessory light that mounts just outside the wheel well onto the outer fender rim. The brand name is Protectolite out of NY. Anyone have information on these ?
