Default Flathead Universal Fit Driveshaft

Has anyone use universal driveshaft? Is it worth purchasing? Where be a good place to purchase the driveshaft? I can not find this item on Speedway website. Thanks again for all help.

On what car, what trans, what rear? Open/ closed driveline?

If you are talking about the 'cut to fit' tubular flathead drive shaft that Spadaro & Speedway used to sell, look no further. It's been off the market for several years.

Shame they are no longer made,I got one from Dick Spadaro, my 33 finally got the vibration out after fitting it .

If someone would at least whittle out the new splined shaft front ends then a person could source the 2-inch tubing and a spline adapter to make a new shaft. Currently, a person has to do some looking around to find a good used OEM splined shaft front end piece.

I salvaged the splined ends from serveral '35-'36 tubular driveshafts that were being used to make period correct nostalgia type headers. These splined ends work very well to make your own driveshaft to whatever length you need. They worked basically like Dick Spadaro's design. Sold most all of those splined ends to fellow Fordbarners. Still have a 10 spline bung for the pinion end if anybody needs one
