I have a new ss shaft. I installed 2 lead packings and the packing nut is bottoming on the casting pathway from the grease fitting. Another packing ring or do I have a wrong packing nut? leaking like a faucet.

Any pictures or dimensions?

I assume the rear bushing is pressed all the way forward.
