Default 29 Sport Coupe won't start

Finally got the 29 Sport Coupe running. It was something in the distributor.
Very labor intensive (for Me anyway) but followed the step by step and finally chased it down.

Step by step is the way to get it done. Assume nothing and start from the beginning.
