Bolt heads on outside, ...nuts on inside of frame rail.

Question? Could we generalize and say that all chassis nuts and bolts have the bolt heads on the outside and the nuts on the inside?

Hate to generalize but they do look better that way. Had and argument going on the orientation of the bolts holding the bumperettes to the rear bracket. Some pix show them threads/nuts outboard, others heads out. I think they look better heads out anyway.
