I was just wondering . When did ford change from neg, ground system, I see on the T site where the Model T had negative ground. ?????????????/

I believe when ford went to OHV, 1953(?), they changed to negative gnd.

Ford went to NEG ground in '56....when they changed to 12v. DD

I am not a Model T person, but looking at the wiring diagrams, all Model Ts appear to be negative ground. Starting in 1928 Ford switched to positive ground with the Model A.

Chrysler followed Ford pretty much on positive ground. 'Prevented corrosion'.
