Default 38' Rear Tail Pan Dimension Question???

I recently installed a new repro tool box and tail pan on my 38' Conv. and I would like to put the rear bumper back on. But, what I don't know is the location and dimensions of the two slots for the bumper brackets and I would like to get this right.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am temping to send you a picture of the measurements you need if the picture method does not work, I will list the measurements for you. I can't seem to get the picture to work .So here are the measurements these are the finish sizes ,the cut out should be about 3/8 less for each side to allow for a flange to bend in So from the outer edge of the panel,1 3/8 to 1 7/16 in, 5 inches up from the bottom edge to the top of the opening which has some round to it . the finish opening is 1 3/8 wide . the measurement down from the lower bead to the top of the opening should be 3 1/2 inches.I will keep working on the picture also . Is your car the club or rumble seat model .If it is a club model I need information of the rear quarter filler panel, it fits behind the armrest and from the door striker post back to the seat. John.
