Default Metallurgical info needed on Model A part

A Model A enthusiast is doing an exhaustive research on, of all things, the two bolts that hold the carburetor to the intake manifold. He has a copy of the original Ford Motor Company engineering drawing for this bolt, which provides a lot of information, but he is stumped as to what the material specifications mean. Perhaps someone out there can help.

In the "material" section of the blueprint are the following letters:

CD, CH, LC, OH

"CD" might stand for "cold drawn," but that is just a guess at this point. Does anybody out there know what these letters mean? Any suggestions as to where I might go to find this information?

Any help would be appreciated.
