The attached photo shows the standard A wrenches along with a weird one. Can anyone identify where it fits?

I've seen those on sale a couple of times, listed as "very early Ford", "pre-Model T". "Model N", etc. As far as I could tell, the attempts at dating were speculative and no evidence was even hinted at.
Wills' development of Ford's script emblem may well be datable as an earliest point... |
