Default Rear view mirror

I just bought a side mirror arm for a 29 station wagon. Thinking about mounting it on the right side of my early wagon, 12/10 28. Good or bad idea?

My wife, Jan, asked for a curbside rear view mirror for our '30 Station Wagon. It was the first time she asked for anything special for one of the A's. Maybe she is getting nervous about my driving -- or just wants to know when someone is coming up fast behind our wooden car. Either way, a "new" mirror was the perfect fit in her Christmas stocking. The front door side curtains are at the awning shop getting a notch for "her" mirror as we type.
