I just bought a 1924 Model TT one ton truck. I noticed right away that the parking brakes did not engage. When I took the rear wheels off I saw the problem straight away: no shoes, no springs, no nothing. Drums are still on the wheel, and the brake cam shaft is there, but nothing else.

Macs, Snyders, Lange's, no such parts in stock. Mac's has the linings and rivets, and that would be useful if I had something to mount them to.

Where can I find something that will work? The solution need not be original Ford: I just need the truck to stay parked on an incline.

Anybody?
