I am almost done repair the originals on my car and need to see how they look, (they weren't riveted in the frame when I got the car). Thanks kindly. |

I don't understand what you are looking for. The subrails are part of the body with the cross sills riveted to the subrails and the A pillar, B pillar, and quarterpanels are riveted to the subrails. Once the body parts above are riveted together, then the body can be put on the frame using 8 body blocks and rubber pads. Is your body together of not? I took the body almost totally apart to repair the rust on the back end of the subrails and quarterpanels. I have pictures of the process. However, my car is a 28 special coupe. As far as the main part of the body is concerned, a sport coupe, standard coupe, business coupe and special coupe are identical, only the tops are different. If you want to see some of the pictures I took in the process of restoring my car, send me a PM with your email address.
