Rumble Wood Tack Strip

Does somebody have the measurements for the Deck Side Cardboard Retainer Lower that goes in the rumble compartment? I went to install the rumble panels while I wait on some parts to come in the mail and I noticed that I am missing the wood strip that the panels tack to.

Also, if somebody has a good picture of the tack strip installed in the proper place, I would appreciate it.
