I picked up another pile of lincoln v12 parts and got most of a supercharger with it. I was looking to pick the brains of the ford barners to help me id it, i'm not having any luck. Any help would be appreciated. Tim in omaha

That's it, hoping the rest of it shows up somewhere. Any idea what it is?

Tim, not sure, but I bet you can get an answer in 10 minutes over on the HAMB.

You might try an aviation forum.

I can't tell how large it is from the photo. The Lycoming GSO-480 supercharger was similar but not the same. It looks to me like one of the Frenzel vertical mounted models. It would stick way up there if it is. Might just be an industrial application of some kind

It is the rectangular mounting surface that is throwing me off, does look like a vertical model though.

What drives it? I don't see any gears? Could it be a turbo of some sort?

Went down to the Speedway Motors Museum in Lincoln, NE today to look at a Marchese they had on display that is nearly identical with mine being just a little larger. Looking up patent drawings now to be sure.
