Not 100% sure, but I bet it is a 1929 Chevrolet. With the uncommon 20" factory wire wheels! They look very similar to the "A" 21" wheel except for the 6 and not 5 lug nuts. 1929 Chevy's had 20" (this year only in size)

It's a chev. Can not see the hood, but I think it is a 29 with wire wheels. You can see the parallel rear springs behind the rear tire.
