Cool 31 roadster questions

Hi all, Happy Memorial Day. here are couple of quick questions ; [1] can some give me the exact measurements for the installation of the rubber bumpers on the rear deck of the roadster, the ones which support the glass window when the top is down. [2] has any one had a problem fabricating the interior cardboard panels? here's what happened to my panels. 1st I'm using all L B materials, in gluing the vinyl to the panel ,the edges do not want to stay down, they bubble up . since I made my own panels they were cut with a jig saw, these panels are L. B. products. I though because I cut the panels I may have done something to the edges so I sealed them with 2 coats of shellac, then used 3-m 77 spray . I did it 2 ways I finished the flat section then waited a day, turned the panel over and glued the opposite side edges. no help , I put weights on them, no help , I tried no glue 1/2 in. from the edge then turning it over and gluing the reverse side, no help. I called L.B. and talked to there teck. no help there. so the end result is both sides glued and blue tape applied to the back edge and I guess I have to live with a bubble along the edges. any one have a solution to this? ?

The rubber bumper holes are 11 1/2 in from the side on the bottom, and 11 5/8 on the top holes. Distance from the bottom edge is 1 5/8 and 6 1/4 on an original panel I've had since 1962. Bob

DID you try to inject some glue into the bubble with a needle ?
