Default Castle nuts

A friend gave me a bag of 5/16 castle nuts.
Said they were for a 60hp engine.
Not having a 60, I can't verify that.
Its listed in the 37' Chassis Parts List as 34029.
I searched the book twice with no luck.

Anybody know what these are for ???

If I can't use them they need another home.

thanks
lynn

34029 is in the Chassis parts books under "Standard Parts" 5/16-24 (21/64X1/2). The Standard Parts list does not indicate, where these nuts were used. Ford also published in the Chassis Parts books what hardware was used on assemblies. The nuts were used not just on the engines but also the chassis both 60 & 85HP cars and trucks.
