Default What engine rebuilder to use????

I live in Washington State and am wondering which engine rebuilder to use of course considering proximity, would be easier/cheaper to deliver engine rather than shipping...

In the end the quality of a good babbit job will outweigh the cost of shipping.

Just yesterday I read of two guys that spent big bucks on short lived babbit jobs, and got no guarantee.
