I have an Early 1930 AA I am putting a Warford auxiliary transmission in. I know when you bought a new Warford they came with a special brake cross shaft. Does anybody have one to sell?

Chris
I had to modify my brake cross shaft to clear the Warford on my late 1931 AA (131.5). I had to cut the center out and drop it about 4+ inches to clear.

I had seen this done simply with a couple of pieces of 3" channel.
Cut cross shaft in two places, three pieces, weld the channel on the inner end of each outer shaft, and then weld the cut piece as a center. It makes for a sort of odd looking cross shaft, but torque is effectively transferred between left and right sides. Joe K
