Default Budding Ford enthusiest

Sometimes it seems hard to get the young involved in old Ford stuff. My soon to be 13 yr old grandson, Cameron, just won 2nd place in the Berkeley Co Social Study fair. He was among 12 contestants. He loves old Fords or anything related. The theme of his project was "How Henry Ford changed America".

Way to go. My son was 14 when he and I started restoring Old Henry. What a glorious experience we had together.

That's excellent Cecil but you better keep an eye on your car keys...

way to go! I wish my 14yr old daughter would get involved. I bought her a 60 Falcon and told her she could have it as long as she works on it with my help. All she has done is removed the headliner and vacuum it within the last 2 years. I refuse to do all the work for her. Hopefully that will change this year. Kudo's to your grandson, looks like he's off to a good start.

Every single school project that I could, was based on Ford or auto racing of some sort...

I'm now 32 years old and it seems to have had some affect seeing as I have a garage full of old Fords and race cars!

He's on the right track!

I had nothing to do with the project, just the natural Ford influence.
