Default 36 grill webbing

Does a piece of webbing attached to the 4 holes on each side I see on the top of this 36 grill?

yes they attach with a special split rivet.

There is a special rubber (not webbing) part that is installed here. It does install with special split rivets and is available at most Ford parts companies.
