Default International Model A Day in Georgia

Hello Everyone, I am new to this forum and this is my first post. Does anyone know any details about the International Model A Day in Georgia on September 18? My dad and I have a 1930 AA truck and would like to attend if we can get some information. I have heard there will be a gathering at a high school somewhere in Forsyth County but I can find no details. If anyone has information, I would appreciate finding out.

Thank you,
John Walls

SHADE TREE A's will participate in the Aiken, GA Transportation Parade for International Model A Ford Day, Sept 18.
They will meet at Sunrise Grill in Augusta, GA at 8 AM and then proceed to the parade featuring transportation vehicles and such over the past 150 years.
Hoping you and all those from The Peach Tree State can join them or some other International Model A Ford Day Activity, just "driving your cars."
Please ALL, send me photos and description of what you all did, and please try and have the photos show WHERE you were, since a line up of Model A's could just be anywhere at any time in the past eighty years.
Mostly HAVE A GOOD TIME !

Default Savannah in the house

I suppose I'll drive around a good bit (at least until the Yellow Jackets kickoff at noon at North Carolina).

If anyone is down this way, let's make it a parade down River Street.

We are going to Barnesville Buggy Days where there are a slew of Model A's, in the display before they parade and then just hang around all afternoon. We have driven up from Columbus several years now. Good Fun

Hi Don,
Thanks.
I picked it off the September Shadetree GA newsletter, probably without reading it closely enough, and also not knowing the locations personally.
It did note SC in the article.
It looks like a grand event.
