I have everything removed... but, there's no room for the side window to come out, top or bottom. Its too long and wide to come out of either hole. Am I missing something here? Please help.

I removed the window on a 30 Coupe as Milo said, by removing the top plate and lifting the glass straight up and out.

doesn't the inside complete garnish molding have to come off then raise the glass, and bring it in towards the inside of the car to remove.
