Have 31 sedan with Mitchell overdrive and am looking at buying another 31 sedan (however it has a Borg -Warner overdrive which I know nothing about and have not heard anything good) would want to change it out. What problems am I looking at? Plus approx.costs ? Thanks Glenn

I would try out the B/W and see if it doesn't work OK. It could save you the trouble of changine it plus about $2,000.
