Default Ford F1 heater core replacement

Anyone know of a direct replacement or a retro fit heater core for this style Ford truck heater?

Thanks

How about getting the core that's in the heater rebuilt or replaced if necessary? You know it fits. Check with your local radiator shop. I have had heater cores rebuilt with good results. Good luck.
