(GAV) no response
I just rebuilt the zenith and it runs and idles well. I tried to adjust and even closed the gav and nothing changed at all. I do not have a screw in seat for the gav. I am going to check and make sure it is bottoming out and adjust if need be but is there anything else I need to look for? Like I said, it runs great so I don't want cause problems.

running an air cleaner? made sure all passages in body are open? are you sure it doesn't require a seat?

It's possible I'll have to do some grinding on parts of the gav needle to get it to go deeper. I saw a post of this being done and it seems simple enough |

Sounding like a Model B carburetor. The internal threaded GAV bushing is "pressed" in to the body and there was a spring and washer underneath it? Joe K
