I've bought 2 or 3 back in the 80's and 90's. Nice and shiney, but the lower two 10-32 screw holes did not line up.
Good question. Are the new repros any better? |

I've had better luck getting an origional replated. Screws all line up and the chrome doesn't peal off in 2 years. More cost but a permant fix.

I've tried a couple and the same thing. I can get one of two screws in the bottom.

The repro's look nice, but don't fit. A refurbished original by Don Turley is absolutely gorgeous and fits perfectly.
