Two thumbs up for Bert's Model A in CO
I know there are a series of threads of folks posting their experiences with vendors so I wanted to post another positive one for Bert's in CO.
I called up and got a cheery gentlemen. Told him what I was looking for and he gave me a series of options of new reproduction or used from their inventory. Each option the gentlemen gave a complete description of the the good and bad of each part. A few times he actually went back to go get the part in order to be completely accurate in how he was describing it. Even to the point of saying he used some of these parts on his own car. In about an hour I get an invoice and tracking information saying the part will be here in 2 days. To top it all off, shipping was $10 from CO to NJ. I never asked the shipping charge for I just assumed it was going to be around $17-$20 like other vendors charge. All I can say is I've been nothing but completely satisfied with my transaction and I'm certain the part will arrive as described. I know many folks have sung the praises of Bert's, but I didn't want this excellent customer service to go unnoticed. Thanks all! Tim Last edited by Tim Ayers; 03-03-2017 at 04:49 PM. |

Always nice to hear of good customer service. I have done business with Bert's, yet to be disappointed.
