1936 Handbrake
The piece of flat metal that is about 4” long by 2” wide that looks like some type of shield and is sitting at the bottom of my hand brake, does that go UNDER the floor or ABOVE it?
There is a half-moon piece cut out in one end of it. Does that face towards the front of the car or the rear. Thank you |
