Smile Engine number

Can anyone decode my engine # found on the passenger side of the block
under the starter motor?
D4DE-6015-BA followed by 6F16

Is this a flathead? According to the Ford code, it is a 74 engine.

iirc, 74 design but cast in 76, June 16th

definitely not flathead : )
