The bolts that hold inner fender to fender. Are these bolts the body color or plain? Are the hood hinges installed on body or hood first? Thanks to all!!

The inner fender bolts... the heads are body color, the threads, raven black.
The hood hinges along with the safety wire was installed to the hood prior to painting. Thus, the hinges, bolts, wire are body color. The hood supports were installed later and so they are always black, regardless of body color.
