Default 8ba Holley 94 Carb gasket to inlet manifold
Seeking confirmation on the following:

8RT Flathead fitted with single carb 8BA Holley 94.
The gasket between inlet manifold and carb bottom.
Should it have the small hole at fron end of gasket?
Or should it be without this hole? & Why?

Appreciate all advice.
