Hi mcg - My SO took pix. Family there for g/k's events, competition. I stayed here to work on my A Roadster. Hotel couple blocks from parade route. So they all walked down. She also sent pix late model 'vette, but i din't think it was year appropriate for the thread! LOL... and I asked her if other A's? Said only that one! So maybe you drove by earlier... or just forgot to 'aauugaha!' and wave!!

Did you have your top down, too?

My friend Larry was driving the maroon phaeton in your photo. I was about a block up the street behind him in my roadster. We had the only Model A's in the parade. Only other really old cars in the parade were a 1915 Packard Twin Six Touring Car and a 1926 Model T Touring.

When she got back home, I asked her if she looked up the parade route after seeing the touring car... she said, "I did." See any other Model A's? "No, just the gingerbread men..."
oic....
