Never seen one, looks like it would be a handy to have. They were probably used as a pair i would think

There was a pair of these this year on EBay and they sold for big bucks as I remember, $70 or $80.00. Tobrin was a company in Connecticut as I remember and they were the forerunner of the Perfect hand tool company. Tool with wooden handles. They are rare indeed.

I have a bunch of those made up for different things I worked on over the years.Mostly just bolts with another one welded on top to make a T. I had them for Macks,(2 heads) Cummins,(3 heads)and Caterpillar,(one big head)John Deere,International,Perkins,Ford.I do have some made with bolts welded into old spark plugs for flathead engines.
