Default 94 Carburetor rebuild advice

I took (3) 94 carbs off the shelf to rebuild. All 4 have the bottom shafts of the accelerator pump located in different positions on the shaft lever-referenced 1, 2 or 3. I figure some of those settings may be summer or winter references. 2 of the 3 carburetors have power valves with orifice holes of one size and the 3rd carburetor has a larger size. The kits I purchased have 2 size power valves. Can anyone suggest what the best setting is on the accelerator pump lever position may be and which power valve in the kit-big or little hole-would work best. Thanks in advance
