Thanks.The rod I have is 16 1/8",so looks like I have to add 1 5/8".I will double check before I cut and weld.

If your crank handle socket has a square opening, for a '33 passenger car the extension used (40-14070-B) was 17 1/4". The 17 3/4" version (40-14070-C) wasn't released until November, 1933 for Job #1, 1934 models. |
