Car/Parts transport from MO to MN to CA to NM

I will be heading out on NOV 29 in a 30' enclosed trailer and open truck bed to MN then onward to NORCAL via I-80, then south to AZ and NM via I-40. I will have room for parts delivery available from MN to NORCAL, and car/parts space from NORCAL to Albuquerque, NM(Some variation on this route may be possible.).
