Transmission question
We have a truck in the shop that shifts through the gears in the shop barely moving. On the road, when shifting from 1st to 2nd, the shifter will not move into second gear. An inspection of the inside of the trans from the top finds nothing visible to cause this. Can the shift tower or the detent springs and shafts cause this jamming problem??
