Default Locking door handles for 47 F1?

I have a customer that recently bought a fairly nice 47 pickup and would like to add locking outside door handles. It doesn't look to me like anyone makes that particular application, but can earlier (or later) ones that are locking be adapted without a lot of fabrication and body work?

Just make up keyless entry [central locking] bit of work but it can be done. I did it on my 35 pickup.
