Default Town Sedan interior

I need to remove the rear seat side panels from my 1930 Town Sedan's interior. I know the side panels are nailed to the interior's wooden frame, but how are the side arm rests fastened? I know they must be supported by some framework, but I don't see any fasteners.

Near the back of the armrest, (hidden when the back of the seat is in) there are a single screw, usually hidden by the fabric covering. Remove that screw, then slide the armrest forward about 1". It will then be out.

This the same procedure on our 30 Murray Town Sedan.

Gee, thanks guys. I've had this car for 22 years and I've never had to do this job. I'm going to fix the door checks. The left one needs a new rubber bumper and the right one is gone altogether. I guess I know what I'll do tomorrow. We're supposed to get about 6 inches of snow in the next two days, so I won't be driving the A anyway.
