Default 1913 Model T touring : What do I have??

I will be selling, for a friend, a 1913 Model T Touring car.
His family purchased it in the early 70s from the owner of a Ford dealership, and they were told at that time that it was all original.

I am just beginning the process of learning enough to list , describe, and price it correctly. I will pull it out of storage for a better look/pics as soon as I know what I'm supposed to look for (what's important?).
The car does run, although the crank wore me out. Tough to start that way. We were giving kids rides last summer through the property, so I know it goes and stops.

I'm looking for some help. I need to find out what buyers need to know.
What can I learn from the serial number? Is there anything special or common about this car as I try to figure out a sale price?
Any advice would be appreciated!

thanks!
