Until that happens, how about describing your problems and let us have a crack at it.

The car has spark I think I think it is getting fuel it just turns over and nothing happens. I just don't know what to do.

Make sure the car has spark and fuel flow to the cylinders. Check the compression and then look to see if the timing is close. If that all checks out it can't help but run.

I know that I have good compression, the timing is good. How do I check that I am getting fuel to the cylinders and I will check to see if I am getting spark at the plugs.

Maybe pull each plug and check for fuel and the shape of each...

Pull the choke while you crank the engine for a couple revs, then you should see gas dripping out the carb intake. If you see gas there, then check the spark by holding the coil wire 1/4" from a head nut and crank the engine with the key on. You should have a nice snappy blue spark, not a wimpy yellow spark.

Can't help right now but I will be in Sun City Center at the beginning of the month. I'll check and see if you are still stuck.

Fuel, If you pull the choke will fuel eventually drip from carb? Compression, You say you have good compression but how did you check? Spark, With the points closed, the output wire of the coil 1/4" from a head stud, ign turned on and the opening the points do you get a good strong spark? At the right time, You say the timing is right. What procedure did you follow? Can you post a picture looking down on the dist. with the cover removed, the spark lever all the way up. Do you get any indication of it trying to start? If you have no spark look here for a previous thread on no spark troubleshooting. https://www.fordbarn.com/forum/showpo...70&postcount=8 As mentioned, did it ever run? What was done between the time it last ran and now?
