Which is the right one for 28/29?

If by "right" you mean which set looks authentic, the answer is neither one! If you look in the new revised Stds., there is a diagram that shows the correct dimensions. A little work will allow them to be modified to work better and look correct.

Don't know what sizes you have there but the ones on top look more like what you need to me. The outside diameter should be 5/8 inch.
