Boyce Motometer Question - Success! - See #22
I have a Boyce Motometer that I cannot open. It appears to the same as the one on the right in post 16 (Marco's) on this thread:
https://www.fordbarn.com/forum/showthread.php?t=162056 It seems clear that I should be able to rotate the upper part of the Moto and open it, but I've not been able to rotate it.
